Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect the data of those who contact us.

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is S2B Minerals ("S2BM"), based in Santiago, Chile. For any question regarding this policy, write to contacto@s2bminerals.com.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or by email: name, email address, phone number, profile (mining asset owner, investor, buyer or other), the location of the asset if you choose to share it, and the content of your message.

We also collect browsing data through web analytics tools: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type and browser. We do not request or process sensitive data through this site.

3. How we use it

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that deliver services to us and process the data on our behalf and under our instructions: the form submission service, our email provider, hosting and analytics tools. We may also disclose information when a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as a commercial relationship or interest remains active and, afterwards, for the period required to meet legal obligations. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are legally or contractually required to retain it.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, blocking, objection to processing and portability of your personal data at any time, as well as withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@s2bminerals.com identifying yourself and stating your request. We will respond within the timeframes set out in applicable Chilean law.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses first- and third-party cookies for statistical measurement. You can block or delete them from your browser settings; doing so does not prevent use of the site.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit via HTTPS and access control to our email accounts.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update it to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
